My goal is to empower you to connect with your true self, unlock your potential, and create meaningful change. I am dedicated to supporting you on your journey toward wholeness and well-being. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addiction Specialist in the state of Colorado. I've been in private practice since 2017 and am an IFS Level 2 trained therapist.
