At Clarkson Counseling, I offer a safe and compassionate space for individuals to explore their inner worlds and heal emotional wounds. I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a powerful approach that helps clients understand and transform their internal dynamics. In my practice, I believe that each person is made up of various "parts" that carry different emotions, beliefs, and experiences. Through IFS, we guide clients in getting to know these parts, understanding their roles, and fostering harmony and healing within their inner system. I work collaboratively with clients to navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and personal growth. My goal is to empower individuals to connect with their true selves, unlock their potential, and create meaningful changes in their lives. I am dedicated to supporting you on your journey toward wholeness and well-being. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addiction Specialist in the state of Colorado. I've been in private practice since 2017 and am an IFS Level 2 trained therapist.
